Please Note:
- Hair must be returned unworn and unused.
- It must be returned in its retail packaging. You can take the hair extensions out of the clear plastic packaging so you can look and feel the hair extensions, however If you remove the hair from the card and or remove the gold bonds that tie it up, it is ineligible for return.
- Finally, you are responsible for all postage costs sending the item back to us unless the item is faulty and we cannot offer a refund or exchange until the item arrives back to our premises. But we will action all refund and exchanges typically within 48 hours of the product arriving back to us.
